I love to work in a challenging environment and I am passionate to work in organizing and streamlining complex processes like serialization. I am keen to develop new solutions for my company and curios to learn new stuff on a daily base. I appreciate the challenges and responsibilities that came along with my current global role as a global serialization expert for Roche. I love working with different teams and cultures across the world and have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions to improve patient safety all over the world. Fighting against the fakes & counterfeits is my daily mission.
I feel that my work is meaningful to the society, the healthcare community and to all patients, not only to our patients and what I do makes a difference and increases patient safety around the world. This drives my motivation to keep doing it even though there may be times when the going gets tough.
