He has a vast knowledge in different domains like Manufacturing Operations Management (MES/MOM), Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence (EMI), Shop Floor integration, Process Automation, Serialization and Supply Chain. Hernán is an innovative leader, sparking ideas in the team to find new ways to solve problems keeping our users and patients in the center. He is able to identify industry trends, disruptive technologies, benchmarks and best practices, and assess their possible impact on the company strategy. Hernán successfully managed and delivered many company-wide transformational programs, driving process harmonisation and simplifying the IT landscape.
