Since January 2020 I lead the Packaging Team of DEMO S.A., that consists of Packaging and Serialization Engineers. The team is responsible for the management of the complete spectrum of packaging materials of the DEMO S.A. products as well as of the materials of our clients, for whom we act as CMO. As a result, we are the responsible department for developing, approving technically and distribute artworks for secondary and tertiary packaging materials. In parallel, we propose and implement improvements for various stages of the packaging process as well as we get involved in development and designing of new packaging lines. Also, we try to improve the efficiency of the supply chain of packaging materials, both upstream and downstream.

Moreover, we act as the single point of contact for all serialization related issues; i.e. master data management, update/upgrade of existing packaging lines, everyday troubleshooting, development of new lines, handling of alerts, training of new personnel and handling the communication between internal and external stakeholders.
