Lena Fischer holds a M.A. degree in Business/Managerial Economics and is IPMA certified Project Manager. For the past 2 years, she has been with Novo Nordisk (Denmark), working as  Years as a Senior Project Manager for MES projects (Europe and US). Among her responsibilities is project management for the global MES roll out program/ LoB Project Manager. Before that, Lena was working at Werum IT Solutions GmbH for 3,5 years. Her core responsibilities and experiences from that time lie within Project Management, Consulting, Training, and Validation.

Working in an international environment gives me the possibility to execute challenging and exciting projects, to learn continuously and to transfer my experience & knowledge into new and creative ways of thinking and optimizing.
