Michael Kinsella is Program Director Serialisation & Packaging at Servier. His responsibilities include:

• Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Director.
• Manage Serviers Global Serialisation program delivery with transverse corporate and international teams. (50 dedicated staff)
• Ensure global on-time program delivery for Europe, Gulf region, Russia (Pilot Working group member), S. Korea, US, China, India, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Egypt (National pilot member).
• Represent Servier at Brussels for the EFPIA for serialisation
• Deploy 2500 SKU’s, 50 CMO/3PL Partners, 9 Servier packaging sites & 50 packaging Lines, Rockwell Automation factory software and Tracelink SAS
• Establish the sustainability of local and corporate processes and organisations for Serviers ongoing serialisation activities.
• Manage global packaging projects, in parallel. (e.g. Tamper Evidence)

In previous positions, he has worked as engineer at Servier Industries Ireland Ltd., Prodieco Pharmaceutical Components and Atlas Aluminium Ltd.
