Currently serving as the Head of the Global Automation & MES engineering function at Lonza, Uwe excels in leading teams to implement and optimize process automation and MES systems across global operations. With a strong background in process automation, CAPEX management, and cross-regional leadership, Uwe has successfully managed teams and projects at top pharmaceutical companies, including F. Hoffmann-LaRoche, fostering operational excellence and technological advancement.
