The Technical department is responsible for a technical implementation of internal projects the company.
Current projects: serialization (Track&Trace), construction of OSD, etc.

Responsibility:

• An expert evaluation of projects of the company according to sections of automation (BMS, FMS).
• Collaboration with departments whoose systems involved in a zone of responsibility, for identification of detailed designing.
• Assistance in planning, training and development of the local plant according to internal standard of company.
• Support of the project in interaction of engineering systems. (ventilation, conditioning, building management systems)
• Assistance in project development in compliance with standards of the company.
• Control of implementation of system and procedures according to standards of the company for all project lifecycle.
• Study case of the specifications (URS) determined and approved at a design stage.
• Providing of tests (FAT, SAT) the help in validation activities to department of validation of the company, according to GMP, GxP.
• Consultation of services operation and writing of instructions (SOP), requirements for work on a workplace
• Help in creation of the training plan to necessary for work with system

For systems in an operational phase:

• Expert evaluation of system errors of functioning of system.
• Organization of investigations the reasons of defects and their elimination.
• Interaction between all departments of the company (the system covers production departments, engineering service, department of quality, etc.)
• Participation in investigations of trouble shouting to the standards GMP, GxP.
• Recommendations about updating of documentation.
• Consultation and the help in case of the organization and maintaining repeated validation activities
